Holiday Concierge Service

Planning a trip can be as exciting as it is complex. Whether you’re dreaming of escaping to an exotic destination or simply enjoying a relaxing holiday close to home, getting an accurate quote is the essential first step to making your travel plans a reality. LeClub Golf is now here to help.
This new service will enable you to send your holiday requests to LeClub Golf and Julie will draw up a personalised quote based on your wishes (choice of hotels, choice of golf courses, etc.).
Validation will be carried out with the hotel.

Once your stay has been validated by the hotel, you will receive :

Holiday concierge fee:
– 5% of the validated booking (excluding golf)
– 8% of the validated booking (including golf)

Payment is made via a link that we will send you by e-mail.
The stay must be paid at the hotel (depending on the hotel’s terms and conditions: deposit or payment on site).

The green-fee concierge service

To book your green fee, all you need to do is tell us :
– The names of the golf courses,
– The names and card numbers of all players
– The days and times of departure.

Once the green fee has been validated by the golf course, you will receive :
– The LeClub Golf discount
– The payment link for concierge fees
– Fees linked to the amount of green fees paid (with proof)

Please note:
In some cases, golf courses may take a while to get back to us.
The golf courses do their best to find space as close as possible to requests.

Concierge fee :
5 euros* per booking date
(*10 euros if the golf course is part of the Links2golf network)
