1.2. Purposes of the treatments

 

1. Manage the subscription of the interested party to the loyalty programs LeClub Golf.

2. Manage the subscription of the interested to our newsletter and sending commercial information.

3. Manage the registration to the tournaments organized by LeClub Golf (The Amateur Golf World Cup circuit and other events) for the correct development of the activity and its dissemination.

 

Term of conservation: We will conserve the data while there is interest on the part of the interested party.

Legal basis: Consent of the interested party.

 

We inform you that you can withdraw the consent given at any time, without affecting the legality of the treatment carried out previously by the Responsible.

 

1.3. Recipients of your data

 

The golf courses of the LeClub Golf network (see updated list at www.leclub-golf.com) will have limited access to the LeClub Golf loyalty programs in order to manage the purposes described in section 1.2 for players linked to their field.

 

LeClub Golf SARL as owner of the LeClub Golf concept will have access to the LeClub Golf database in order to manage the proper functioning of the tools that support the loyalty program.

 

The Manager contracts with third parties in charge of the treatment in order to provide their services. With the exception of said entities, their data will not be communicated to other third parties. If for some reason it is necessary to communicate said data to third parties, you will be previously informed and, where appropriate, your consent will be requested and the purposes of the communication and the identity of the third party to whom they will be communicated will be specified.

 

All this, with the exception of the cases in which a legal requirement obliges to communicate said data.
